Installation Instructions and Materials Required for Installation:

1. Telescoping flagpole PVC sleeve (included with pole)

2. Three 60lb. bags of concrete mix (approx.)

3. Measuring tape or yard stick

4. Contractors level

5. Small rock or course gravel container for mixing concrete

SHORT VERSION

Dig a hole 28" deep by 12" round and place 6" of small gravel for drainage on the bottom of the hole. Insert Bolt in Sleeve place Sleeve in hole. Surround Sleeve with cement, place level on top of the Sleeve to see that it is level. Set and cure overnight.

TCS, Models: JLT-18, JLT-22, and JLT-26

Featherlite Industries Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Featherlite") hereby warrants to the original retail purchaser, subject to the conditions hereinbelow set forth, that should, at any time, one of the above ladders become defective by reason of improper workmanship, construction or material, Featherlite will, at its sole option, repair or replace the ladder without charge for parts or labour.

CONDITIONS
1. Condition and Use of Ladder: The ladder must not have been subject to accident, misuse, abuse or use contrary to the instructions provided in the owners manual, on the ladder, or on the packaging of the ladder, or contrary to the reasonable intended use of the ladder. The ladder must not have been used as a rental ladder at any time prior to or after the original purchase. This warranty covers only defects arising from the workmanship, construction and material involved in the manufacturing of the ladder. This warranty does not cover defects arising from deterioration due to normal wear and tear, the use of the ladder in a manner other than as instructed in the owner’s manual or modification of the ladder’s design, or unauthorized repairs to the ladder. Incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages are excluded in this warranty. Any determination by Featherlite with respect to such matters shall be final.
2. Proper Delivery: Featherlite will not pay for the transportation costs for returning a ladder. The ladder must be shipped, freight prepaid, to Featherlite at the address set out below, in either its original packaging or similar packaging affording an equal degree of protection, together with instructions indicating a return address to where the ladder is to be shipped. The repaired ladder or its replacement will be returned to the customer provided the customer prepays the freight. Featherlite shall have no liability whatsoever for ladders or accessories, lost or damaged in transport.
3. Proof of Purchase: The owner must furnish proof of original purchase. The store receipt showing the date of purchase and a note explaining the nature of the reason for return should be enclosed in the returned package.
4. Discontinued Products: If a returned ladder cannot be repaired and the line of products is no longer being manufactured or stocked by Featherlite, commercially reasonable efforts will be made to replace the ladder with a similar ladder currently in production. Featherlite does not warrant that an identical replacement ladder will always be available for a defective product.
5. Subject Products: This warranty is enclosed with and applicable to all JAWS Ladder ® TCS, models: JLT-18, JLT-22, and JLT-26, as sold by Featherlite Industries Ltd., and its agents, as of March 15th, 2006.
6. Territory: This warranty is valid only in the Continental Unites States and Canada. This warranty shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Some provinces and states do not allow exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the foregoing conditions and exclusions may not apply. All disputes under this warranty shall be resolved by a court of competent jurisdiction in the Province of Ontario.
7. Products Expressly Excluded: JAWS Ladder ® Junior, models: JJT-14 and JJT-17, and all JAWS Ladder ® accessories, are specifically excluded from this warranty.

EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NO OTHER WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WRITTEN OR ORAL, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABLE QUALITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, SHALL APPLY TO THE LADDER; UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL FEATHERLITE BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES SUSTAINED IN CONNECTION WITH THE LADDER AND FEATHERLITE NEITHER ASSUMES NOR AUTHORIZES ANY REPRESENTATIVE OR OTHER PERSON TO ASSUME FOR IT ANY OBLIGATION OR LIABILITY OTHER THAN SUCH AS IS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH HEREIN. THIS WARRANTY GIVES A PURCHASER OF FEATHERLITE PRODUCTS SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS WHICH MAY VARY FROM PROVINCE TO PROVINCE, AND STATE TO STATE.
